Munich & Burghausen & Seeshaupt
Two Exhibitions end soon
People in the River
It’s hot in Germany. Global warming is on the rise. Around midnight, people sit in rivers to cool off before going to sleep – whether in my hometown Munich in the Isar under the Wittelsbacher Bridge (photo) or in Burghausen in the Ach. In this small town in eastern Upper Bavaria, my exhibition almost wet – featuring ocean waves, water surfaces, and ships on land – comes to a close on Sunday, June 28, at the Haus der Fotografie. This weekend, the photos will be on display one last time from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. each day.
My other exhibition on forests and trees, WALDZUSTANDSGEDICHT, in Seeshaupt near Munich on Lake Starnberg – which always invites visitors to take a cool dip – has also been extended. It can be viewed daily through July 13 at the Seeresidenz.
